Today, we will be introducing our Operations Administrator. Please see below our interview with Corrie Warriker.
Q1. When did you join Acuity?
'On the 8th of January 2013.'
Q2. What is your role & key responsibilities?
'I am responsible for the invoicing and ordering of all Software Sales Orders, Subscriptions, Annual Licence Fees and Support Renewals, signing off on Supplier invoices and following through to receive and pass on licence keys and activation codes to our Operations Team for implementation. Following on this I help the Account Management and Support Desk Teams with all licence related Customer queries. I assist the Sales Team by tracking their Order Intake and costing and provide weekly updates on this to Management.'
Q3. In your opinion, what make’s Acuity different?
'A friendly and helpful bunch of people that support each other all the way. A Management Team who are always approachable and ready to help and give advice when and where needed.'
Q4. What are your key goals each month?
'To meet various deadlines in the line of my work but mostly as an Administrative member of the Acuity Team my personal goal is to give my best at all times, to always be available to the various Acuity teams to assist them with any customer related queries they might have and to part with knowledge that might benefit them in their various roles of customer service.'
Q5. What do you enjoying doing outside of work?
'Most of all spending time with and looking after my family. I also enjoy photography, gardening, reading, baking, sewing and my cat!'
