This weekend I walked into an Apple store to purchase a new tablet, within seconds I had a brand new iPad in my hands without even moving from the display model. The sales person was able to stand and discuss the product with me, place my order and collect payment without me needing to do anything, other than enter a credit card number (Scarily easy; I know…) The whole process was completed on the tablet. Nowadays this is a very common process.
