I have seen the above image shared extensively over the past few weeks without any explanation. So here is my personal shot at an example or clarification on change;
I have spent the best part of the last two decades in various technology marketing roles for a broad range of software companies. The majority of that time has been spent building and executing plans, resolving challenges, finding solutions and trying to achieve the balance that is a happy sales team, a happy Exec team and a happy customer base.
